KONDUITE Energy+ Workshop: Building energy by valued living

 

Purpose 

To help individuals and organizations maintain peak functioning in high performance environments.

 

Objectives

The objectives for the participants are to:


• Become aware about what resilience is

• Identify the characteristic strengths associated with resilience

• Strengthen personal insight

• Build personal leadership

• Develop resilience enhancing thoughts and behaviour

• Use techniques to enhance resilience and recovery

• Create a Resilience Development Plan

 

The objectives for the organization are:

 

  • Better staff retention

  • Lower sickness absence

  • Lower staff turnover rates

  • Better performance

  • Possible recruitment for advancement in the organization

 

Method and process

The workshop will take the participants through an exploration of the natural processes that individuals go through when operating under pressure. The participants will thus develop an understanding of how to manage stressful situations and become more resilient.

The workshop consists of a series of lectures including individual as well as group exercises, designed to help the participants recognize their own stress triggers and values. Utilizing this insight, they will understand how to minimize the impact of their individual triggers. 

Incorporating physical exercises and the completion of a reflective workbook, the workshop equips participants with a robust framework as well as tools for managing pressure and building resilience.
